Danville Planning Board Meeting 6/11/09
Members Present: Barry Hantman-chairman, Chip Current, Bill Hadley, Joe Luna-Selectman’s rep.
Others Present: Chris Stafford
The meeting began at 7:30 and was televised.
I.Minutes:
The minutes of the May 14, 2009 meeting were discussed. They were approved as the May 13th minutes. This will be corrected in the record.
The minutes of May 28, 2009 were reviewed. With the exception of correcting the date of the previous meeting, there were no comments. Chip moved and Joe seconded a motion to accept the minutes of May 28, 2009 as amended. The motion passed.
II.Correspondence:
From William T. Wormell-Land Surveyor; copy of boundary plan for Map 19-4-248
Impact Fees Workshop on June 24th
2009 edition of “Knowing the Territory” available from NH Local Officials
III.Master Plan review:
Dylan Smith was given the last set of updates for the housing chapter. As there were no other comments from the board, this chapter should be ready for a public hearing.
Barry contacted Glenn Greenwood about the open space and future land use chapters.
IV.Other Business:
There has been some correspondence on the Zoning Ordinance updates. Joe has reviewed and approved the proposed edits. Copies will be made for the Selectmen, Zoning Board, Planning Board, Heritage Commission, and the Conservation Commission.
Chip has made arrangements to pick up a cabinet from Arthur Deitrich as a donation to the Town Hall.
Chip will need to get an updated copy of the site plan regulations.
Joe informed the Board that the Selectmen have signed the document regarding the Hoyt lot line adjustment, designating a parcel of land as town property.
V.Lot Line adjustment Map 2, Lot 72 & 72-1:
This is a continuation of the discussion begun at the May 28th Planning Board meeting. The new plan was reviewed. The setback around the tennis court was measured to be more than 15’.
There were no comments from the public. The public meeting was closed. The Board had no further comments.
Joe moved and Chip seconded a motion to approve the minor lot line adjustment for Map 2, Lot 72 & 72-1. The motion passed unanimously.
The mylar and copies of the plot plan were signed by the Board members. Charlie Zilch supplied a copy of the new tax map to be given to the tax assessor. Chris wrote three checks: $25 to the town of Danville for the recording fee; $25 to RCRD for the LCHIP fee; and $26 to RCRD for the mylar.
At 8:12pm Chip moved and Bill seconded a motion to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
